Cancellation Policy

  • 24-Hour Notice: To receive a lesson credit or make-up, you must provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Late Cancellations: Lessons canceled with less than 24 hours' notice for any reason are considered fulfilled and are non-refundable.

  • No-Show Policy: If a student is more than 15 minutes late without notice, the lesson is forfeited, and the instructor is not obligated to wait.

  • Packages: Voice lesson packages are non-refundable in exchange for the pre-paid discount provided.

Song Selection and Content Policy

​

Ignite Vocal Studio welcomes a wide variety of singing styles—including pop, R&B, gospel, musical theater, and other modern genres—provided that all song selections are clean or radio-edited versions.

​

To maintain a professional, family-friendly environment, songs containing vulgarity, explicit language, or destructive themes will not be taught.
