Cancellation Policy

A 24 hours' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of single lessons is required to be eligible for a credit or make-up. Lessons canceled with less than 24 hours' notice, including "no-shows' (not arriving within 15 minutes without communication), will be considered fulfilled, and the full payment for that lesson will be retained with no option for a refund, credit, or make-up. Please note that all voice lesson packages are non-refundable due to their pre-paid discount. Your booking signifies your acceptance of this policy.
