Cancellation Policy

There is a 24-hour cancellation policy for single lesson purchases, so please let me know at least 24 hours before your appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule to be refunded. Lessons cancelled without 24-hour notice will require full compensation and no refund, but you will still have the option to schedule make up lessons. However, due to the discount associated with the prepaid lesson packages and the scheduling accommodations involved in planning for them, PACKAGE purchases are NOT refundable. By scheduling a lesson, you are acknowledging that you accept the cancellation policy. I thank you for your understanding.
